                   Sh.Sat Paul Garg, Member is on leave today. Sh.Ajay Sharma, Advocate filed POA on behalf of respondent no.1 and has suffered a statement that insurance company will make the balance payment of Rs.1.00 lac within 15 days from today, failing which, insurance company shall be liable to pay Rs.5000/- as penalty to the applicant/decree holder.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for respondent no.1, the present execution application stands disposed off with a direction to respondent no.1 to make the balance payment of Rs.1.00 lac to the applicant within 15 days from today, failing which, respondent no.1 shall be liable to pay Rs.5000/- as penalty to the applicant/decree holder. However, applicant is at liberty to file fresh execution application, in case the order is not complied with by the respondent no.1 as per the statement suffered by their counsel today. File be consigned to record room.
