During the course of proceedings, counsel for the opposite party stated that opposite party is ready to pay an amount of Rs. 34042/- to the complainant subject to completion of formalities by the authorized person of the complainant mill. Ld.counsel for the complainant stated at bar that he has no objection if the opposite party is ready to settle the claim of the complainant for Rs.34042/- subject to completion of formalities by the authorized person of the complainant mill.

Resultantly, present complaint is disposed of with direction to the complainant to complete the formalities alongwith submission of claim form within 15 days from today and the opposite party is directed to pay an amount of Rs.34042/- to the complainant on completion of formalities for the settlement of the claim case of the complainant within one month from the date of receipt of copy of orders. Keeping in view the peculiar circumstances of the case, parties are left to bear their own costs. Copies of the orders be furnished to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
