ORDER

                   Raj Kumari  Vs      The Oriental Insurance Co. and another

 

Present        Mrs. Raj Kumari complainant in person

                   Shri Durgesh Rao, Adv for the OP.

 

 

 

                   Today memo of appearance on behalf of OP has been filed. Learned counsel for the OP has pointed out that so far the claim of the complainant has not been rejected and the complainant may approach the concerned office of the OP for processing of his claim on submission of requisite documents.

                 Therefore, the present complaint is premature and the same is disposed off with the direction that the complainant shall approach this office and would submit the requisite documents within 15 days  and the OPs shall decide the claim of the complainant within 60 days by the concerned office. The complainant, if, aggrieved with the decision of the competent authority would be at liberty to approach the competent court/Forum having jurisdiction.

                   Copy of the order be sent to the parties free of costs.

                   File be consigned to the records after due compliance.
