          Counsel for the petitioner restricts his claim in this Revision Petition for payment of balance amount of Rs.8,016/- which as per record is payable by the bank and has been kept along with other securities like LIC Policies under the Banker’s Right of General lien.  To settle the dispute between the parties, we direct the respondent to

pay sum of Rs.8,016/-, which is the balance amount with the respondent, to the petitioner.  We are making no order regarding return of the policies for which the concerned persons would be at liberty to seek relief in any other forum.

            First Appeal stands disposed of in above terms.
