  Today the case was fixed for evidence of the complainant. Case called up twice since morning, neither the complainant nor his counsel appeared. From the perusal of the previous order, this case is fixed for evidence of the complainant being last opportunity. Since, neither complainant nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present complaint. It is already 3.20 P.M. Waited sufficiently. No further wait would be justified.
