It is submitted on behalf of JD that JD had already complied the order and handed over to the DH, DD bearing no. 729374 dated 04.03.2024 for a sum of Rs. 231621/-. He has also placed on record the copy of DD bearing the receipt of the DH dated 15.03.2024.

Since morning despite repeated calls none appeared on behalf of DH. In view of the documents submits by JD bank the present ex. Petition stands disposed off as satisfied.
