1. Oriental Bank of Commerce (Now Merged in Punbaj National Bank) branch office, Gharaunda, District Karnal, through its branch manager.
2. SBI General Insurance Company Limited, having is branch office at SCO no.388-389, near guru harkirshan school, mugal canal, Karnal, through its branch manager.
3. Deputy Director of Agriculture Department, Karnal having its office at opposite old court, near mahatma Gandhi chowk, Karnal.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                Today the case is fixed for evidence of the complainant, subject to the last opportunity. No one has put into appearance on behalf of the complainant. Case called several times since morning but none has put into appearance on behalf of the complainant. It is already 04:00 PM. It appears that complainant is no more interested to pursue his case. Present complaint pertains to the year 2020. Further adjournment for the same purpose would not be justified at it would amount to wastage of precious time of this Commission.

                Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
