     None is present for both the parties. Perusal of previous proceeding reflects that this appeal was admitted on 15/3/2017 and both the parties were directed to file written notes of arguments as the respondent was also served with notice. The appellant has not appeared in this matter on last three adjourned dates i.e. on  7/6/2017, 27/7/2017 and 29/8/2017. This matter was adjourned twice by way of last chance for the parties to file written notes of arguments. None is present for the parties today and they have not filed written notes of arguments.  Therefore this matter deserves to be dismissed in default. It be recalled at the end of the board for appropriate orders.
