1. Orient Electric Ltd. # 1^st floor, Okhla, Industrial Estate, Phase-III, New Delhi-110020.

2. Digital Paradise, 310-R, Model Town, Karnal through its authorized Mr. Jai Kumar now shop as M/s Jannat Electronics, shop no.139, Basement, Kunjpura Road, opposite Surya Hospital, Karnal.

          Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

                Learned counsel for complainant made a statement that he has received a cheque bearing no.012218 dated 3.1.2019 amounting to Rs.11,300/- from the OPs. Hence, he do not want to pursue with the complaint further and withdraw the same.

              In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
