        This is a complaint filed against 1^st opposite party kuri company and its Directors based on a kuri joined and conducted by the complainant. The opposite parties entered appearance and produced the liquidation order copy issued by the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai. As per that order the 1^st opposite party company is under liquidation and official liquidator is also appointed. It is the settled position as per our own High Court Order in Sudarsan Chits India Ltd. case reported in 1992 KHC 551 that the authority constituted under the CPA have no jurisdiction to consider the claims of the creditors of company which are being wound up under the provision of Companies Act 1956.

        Therefore we are inclined to stop the further proceedings of the complaint and the complainant is directed to approach the Official Liquidator to get her disputes redressed.
