Rajinder Singh   Versus   Oriental General Insurance Co.Ltd.

ORDER:                     

              The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement he does not want to pursue the present complaint due to some technical reasons and permission be given to file a afresh fresh complaint on the same cause of the action and withdraws the same. His statement  in this regard has been recorded separately.

             In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However. Permission is granted to the complainant to file afresh suit before the court of competent jurisdiction. The file be consigned to the record room asfter due compliance.
