 Present:   Complainant in person.

Shri Bikramjeet Vaid, Managing Director on behalf of OP No.2

 

                    Shri Bikramjeet Vaid appeared on behalf of OP No.2 and filed an application for dismissal of complaint qua OP No.2. However, complainant appeared and suffered his separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromised between the parties. He has received a cheque amounting to ₹67,300/- from the OP in lieu of compromise. In this regard, he has placed on recod affidavit duly sworn by him. He further stated that he does not want to persue with the present complaint and withdraw the same. 

                   Since, the complainant is withdrawing the present complaint, therefore, the aforesaid application stands disposed of.

                    In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
