Complainant-Petitioner is present in person & files his personal Hazira. Ld. Counsel for O.P No.1 & 2 files a Memo along with 2 numbers of Cheque vide No.684606 dated 02.09.14 for a sum of Rs.20,000/- of H.D.F.C Bank & Cheque No.621227 dated 14.08.14 for a sum of Rs.47,711/- and 20 paisa of H.D.F.C Bank. The Petitioner expressed his willingness to drop the instant misc. case on receipt of aforesaid 2 cheques.

The Petitioner received the aforesaid 2 cheques from the Court expressing that he received the same up to his full satisfaction and he does not have any further claim against the O.Ps and for the said reasons the instant misc. case is dropped.
