Tushar Srivastava Vs One Plus Technology India Pvt. Ltd. & Anr.

Present :-   Adv. Garvit Manchanda alongwith Complainant in person.

                     Adv. Gopal Proxy alongwith Mr. Sarabjeet Sing, Operation Manager of OP.

 

After intervention of the Bench, both parties are ready to settle the matter for an amount of Rs. 55,000/- as full and final settlement since T.V. in question is in possession of OP. OP undertakes  to make the payment within one month.  Complainant is directed to provide details of Bank Account to OP.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed off as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
