Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Sukhdev Sharma, complainant in person.

                   Sh. Akhil Bhasin, counsel for the OP-1.

                   OP-2 exparte vide order dated 13.12.2022.

 

                  

                   Today the case is fixed for compromise, if any, otherwise for evidence of the OP-1. Compromise effected.

                   Learned counsel for the OP-1 has suffered a separate statement that the matter has been compromised with the complainant. As per compromise OP-1 company is ready to pay Rs.19,999/- as full and final settlement to the complainant within 30 days from the submission of hand set and all accessories as in box at Karnal Service Centre.

                   On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP-1. Company is ready to pay Rs.19,999/- as full and final settlement, so in view of the statement of the learned counsel for the OP-1, he withdraws the present complaint.

       In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound their statement. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
