                        Today the execution application was fixed for compliance. Counsel for the Op No.1 has made a separate statement in which he states that he tendered a demand draft bearing No.505588 dated 10.08.2017 amounting to Rs.3000/- in compliance of order under execution and order under execution has been fully complied with. Counsel for the Op No.2 has also made a separate statement in which he states that he tendered a cheque bearing No.137282 dated 16.08.2017 amounting to Rs.3000/- in compliance of order under execution and order under execution has been fully complied with Complainat has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has has received a demand draft bearing No.505588 dated 10.08.2017 and cheque bearing No.137282 dated 16.08.2017 amounting to Rs.3000/- each in compliance of order under execution. So, he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
