Present:-      Shri Robin Sathi, Advocate, for the Complainant.

                   Shri Punit Kakkar, Advocate, for the OP.

                            

                   File taken up on an application moved on behalf of the Complainant seeking permission to withdraw the present case.

                   The Ld. Counsel on behalf of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, has stated that he has received a Demand Draft bearing No. 584459 dated 16.10.2023, amounting to Rs. 3,000/- drawn at ICICI Bank Ltd., from the Ld. Counsel for the OP, in lieu of full and final settlement of the claim, and that now, nothing remains due against the OP; hence, he withdraws the present Complaint on behalf of Complainants, being fully satisfied.

                    Heard. In view of the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
