Smt. Sumitra Devi, Aged 64 years wife of Shri Devi Ram, resident of House No. 325-A Vishnu Dutt Colony, Power House Surajpur, Pinjore, Tehsil Kalka, District Panchkula, Haryana.

1.       PNB Metlife India Insurance Company Ltd., SCO No. 68-69, Sector-17-    B, Chandigarh (Through its Circle Manager).

2.       Punjab National Bank, Branch HMT, Pinjore, Tehsil Kalka, District Panchkula (Through its Branch Manager).      

3.       Amit Kumar, Authorized representative of PNB MET Life India,      Insurance Company Limited, C/o Punjab National Bank, HMT Pinjore,        Tehsil Kalka, District Panchkula, Haryana.

4.       Chunky Mehta Aged Code No. 30011537, C/o PNB Metlife India    Insurance Co. Ltd., SCO No. 68-69, sector-17 B, Chandigarh.

                    Today the case is fixed for filing evidence by the OPs as well as amicable Settlement. The Complainant, by making a separate statement, states that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties; so, the complainant is no more interested to pursue the present complaint and thus onthe direction on the of the complainant, she withdraws the present complaint, being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

          A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
