ORDER:

                    File taken up today on the application moved by complainant. Learned counsel for complainant made statement that the opposite parties has replaced the Tablet Brace X1 with new one and also gave warranty of seven months. Now, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraw the same. In view of the statement of learned counsel of complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance
