Not contended with the extent of relief granted by Punjab State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chandigarh to the petitioner-complainant, it has approached this Commission for enhancement of the compensation awarded by the State Commission.

We have heard Mr. Mukund Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner and has considered his submissions.  The State Commission while quantifying the compensation has taken into account the facts and circumstance and the view expressed by this Commission in number of decisions, which have been referred to in the impugned order.  We have no reason to disagree with the said view taken by the State Commission.  In our view, the compensation awarded by the State Commission is quite just and reasonable going by the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case.

The revision petition is dismissed accordingly.
