ORDER

Today the present complaint is fixed for tendering evidence by the complainant subject to last opportunity but today none appeared on behalf of the complainant. On perusal of the case file, it has come into the notice of this commission that neither complainant nor his representative appeared before the Commission on the previous date also. In the previous order, it was clarified that the complainant shall conclude his evidence on 29.08.2022 otherwise on the next date of hearing, matter shall be dismissed as per law. Case called repeatedly. It is 11.30 AM. Now file be put up after lunch break.

Case called at 03.30 P.M., but this time also, neither complainant nor any representative on his behalf appeared before the Commission for tendering evidence to prove his case, wherefrom, it is presumed that complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. Accordingly, we have no option except to dismiss the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record-room, after due compliance.
