Nikhil Mehta Versus On Dot Courier.

CC No. 413 of 2015.

 

Present: Ms. Seema Sehgal, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

              OPs already ex-parte vide order dated 23.02.2016.

 

                        Counsel for the complainant made a statement that matter has been compromises between the parties and now nothing remains due towards the OPs. As such, he withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
