Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

 

Present : None for the complainant.

Case called several times since morning but none has appearance on behalf of complainant. It is already 3.45 pm. Further wait is not justified. It is also observed that the present complaint was filed by the complainant on 21.02.2018 and since then the same is fixed for service of respondent no. 2.From the very beginning, notice could not be issued to the respondent no. 2 on account of non-filing of copy of complaint and registered AD cover by the complainant. It appears that the complainant is least interested in pursuing the present complaint. As today (28.05.2019) neither the complainant nor any other representative has appeared, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non-prosecution.

File be consigned to the record-room due compliance.
