                        Case called several times but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  It is now 3.30 p.m.  No further wait is justified.  From the perusal of the zimini orders in this case, counsel for the complainant appeared only at the time of the filing of this complaint.  In his presence the case was adjourned for 29.09.2015 for notice to Ops on filing of registered cover and copies of complaint etc. but subsequently neither the registered covers were filed by the complainant or his counsel nor any person appeared on behalf of the complainant despite several adjournments over a period of more than one year and 4 months.  Since the filing  of the present complaint, this complaint is pending for notice to Ops but notice could not be issued to the Ops for want of registered covers etc.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  The complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order. File be consigned to the records.
