Perused the complaint and documents filed along with. Heard the Adv. of the Complainant.

Issue - Regarding maintainability arises that whether this            

            Commission has jurisdiction to try the complaint?

Findings –

The complaint is filed by the Complainant against the Society in which he himself is member of that Society.

Also the Complainant has filed before the Joint Registrar, Co. Op. Society, Cidco about the same grievance on 26/11/2018, in which the Jt.Registrar already issued the show cause notice to the Respondent involved in this matter. Therefore in view of this Commission, the matter is sub-judice before the Jt.Registrar and also it is the dispute between Member and Society. Hence this Commission has no jurisdiction to try this case. Hence the following order.

Final Order

The complaint is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
