This order shall dispose of present complaint after affording preliminary hearing to the counsel for the complainant.

During preliminary hearing, counsel for the complainant has argued that the complainant has purchased XUV Mahindra 500 bearing registration No.HR-01AK-7233 on 4.8.2022. The complainant paid Rs.20,000/- to opposite parties for preparing R.C of the car, but opposite parties have failed to provide documents and R.C of the car. He has suffered from mental tension, agony, botheration and harassment.

We have heard learned counsel for the complainant and gone through the record.

A perusal of file shows that the complainant has purchased XUV Mahindra car on 4.8.2022 and paid Rs.20,000/- to opposite parties for preparing R.C, but opposite parties have neither provided documents and R.C of the car till date. Therefore, this Commission is of the view that complaint is pre-mature at this stage. As such, without going into merits of the case, opposite parties are directed to provide documents and R.C of the car to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. As such, this complaint stands disposed off.

Copy of order be issued to complainant and opposite parties free of cost and file be consigned to record room.
