                   Settlement has been effected between the parties. Pursuant to which, Sh.Nitin Kapila, Adv. for Ops has suffered a statement that the matter has been compromised with the complainant. True copy of the compromise deed is Ex.C1. The contents of Ex.C1 may kindly be read as part of his statement.

                   On the other hand, Ld. counsel for complainant has suffered a statement that Sh.V.K.Gupta, Adv. for complainant has suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of Ld. counsel for OPs and the same is correct. Accordingly, he withdraws the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as compromised.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as compromised. File be consigned to record room.
