Pawan Vs. Omaxe

Present:       Sh. Pawan Tuteja complainant in person with Sh.Anil Kumar Balhara,

                   Sh. Manu Malik, Advocate for the opposite parties.

                  File taken up today on the application of both the parties for put  up the case before National Lok Adalat as the complaint has been settled between the parties.  Ld counsel for the opposite parties made a statement that their settlement has been effected with the complainant as per the letter of agreement dated 11.11.2022 and now the complainant has no outstanding dues in respect of the cost of the flat in question.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant also made a statement that his full and final settlement has been effected with the opposite parties and present case be settled before the Lok Adalat accordingly.

                   In view of the statements made above by both the parties and in view of the  letter of agreement placed on record as ‘Annexure-JNA’, present complaint is disposed of being settled. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
