As per office report, rejoinder filed by the complainant in the office, which is taken  on record. Copy has already been supplied to the Counsel opposite.

                   It is stated by Sh.Sandeep Bhardwaj, Advocate, Counsel for the complainant on getting telephonic instructions from the complainant that parties have settled their dispute.

                   In view of above, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint.
