ORDER

Counsel for the Opposite Parties states that possession of the unit, in question, has already been delivered to the complainants. This matter is only qua compensation.

                   The matter has amicably been settled between the parties. Counsel for the Opposite Parties states that towards full and final settlement, the Opposite Parties will pay an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- in lumpsum to the complainants. The aforesaid offer made is acceptable to complainant No.1, who is present in Court. Counsel for the Opposite Parties undertakes to give a demand draft of the aforesaid amount of Rs.2,50,000/- to the complainants within three weeks from today, failing which, the said amount will start carrying interest @9% p.a. (simple) from the date of default.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
