ORDER

Counsel for the parties have submitted that a settlement has taken place between the parties on 19.10.2019. The complainant has placed on record copy of Settlement Deed dated 19.10.2019, which has been admitted to be true by the Counsel for the opposite parties.

                   Both the parties have submitted that they will abide by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Deed.

                   Consequently, this complaint stands disposed of in terms of aforesaid settlement. The Settlement Deed shall be treated as part of this order and parties are bound by the terms and conditions thereof.

                   In case, the opposite parties failed to honour the settlement, the complainant shall be entitled to 3% more penal interest, over and above agreed 9%, (totaling 12% interest) and liberty shall remain with the complainant to file an execution application to get the order complied with.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of charge
