ORDER

The complainants have already withdrawn this complaint vide order dated 20.12.2019. However, on the said date, we directed the opposite parties to place on record original of Annexure R-3. The original of said document (Annexure R-3) was placed on record on previous date i.e. 20.01.2020 by moving Miscellaneous Application No.41 of 2020.

                   As the complainants have already withdrawn this complaint, this Commission does not want to proceed further in this matter and the proceedings stands closed. Office is directed to return original of aforesaid document (Annexure R-3) to the opposite parties and its photocopy be kept on record.

                   Accordingly, this complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of charge.
