At the time of arguments, the matter has amicably been settled between the parties.

                        As per agreement, the Opposite Party agreed to pay an amount of Rs.8.56 lakhs to the complainant towards full and final settlement of all the claims raised by the complainant. Further, taking note of a fact that the complainant was pushed to come to this Court, we grant a sum of Rs.44,000/- as compensation towards mental agony & physical harassment and also litigation expenses. In this way, total amount comes to Rs.9 lakhs.

                        Accordingly, the said amount of Rs.9 lakhs will be paid to the complainant by the Opposite Party within two months from today i.e. on or before 31.07.2019.

                        We make it very clear that if the amount is not so paid, after the due date, it will start getting interest @8% p.a. till the time of making the payment. Order passed will be treated as executable decree and it will be open to the complainant to file an execution application, if need be.

                        In view of above, this complaint stands disposed of.

                        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
