CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO. 285  OF  2021

ORDER

1.        At this stage, the parties have settled the dispute. Vide his separate statement, Sh.Brahminder Singh Toor, Counsel for Complainant has stated that the parties have settled the dispute and as per settlement, the complainant shall make payment of due amount of Rs.10,08,134/- to the OP within 30 days from today and thereafter the OP will deliver possession of flat in question, complete in all respect after removal of discrepancy in the flat, to the complainant to her satisfaction within three weeks from making the payment. It has been further stated by him that as per settlement, OP has also agreed to pay Rs.1,11,000/- as delay penalty to the complainant as full and final payment towards her claim and the said amount of Rs.1,11,000/- shall be adjusted from the aforesaid due amount of Rs.10,08,134/- demanded by the OP and prayed that the complaint be disposed of accordingly. Vide their separate statement, Sh.Arjun Sharma, Counsel for OP alongwith Sh.Vishal Chawla, Assistant Manager Legal of OP have admitted the aforesaid statement of counsel for complainant.

2.        In view of the statements of the counsels for the parties, the complaint is disposed of as per settlement. The parties shall be bound by the statements made today before this Commission and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order.

3.        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
