ORDER

     One Sh.Nitin Dogra, Office Clerk of the office of District Collector, UT Chandigarh, is present. Per office report furnished, the remaining amount of Rs.1750/- has already been recovered and draft of the said amount transmitted to this Forum by the Collector, UT Chandigarh. Per office report, the draft stood deposited in the office account on 30.05.2018. Perusal of the order dated 16.02.2016 shows, after calculation the remaining amount which was left to be recovered as arrears of land revenue from the moveable or immovable property comes out to Rs.1750/-. Now this amount has also been recovered per office report and stood deposited in the appropriate account. Therefore, this execution application for the recovery of the amount per terms of the order dated 12.11.2014 is dismissed as fully satisfied. This amount be refunded to decree holder on being applied for, per procedure and proper identification.

     Reply furnished by Assistant Collector, Grade-I, UT Chandigarh, also perused. Keeping in view of the contents of the reply and fact that amount stood already recovered, we drop the inquiry proceedings under Section 340 Cr.P.C. 1973 and decide not to prefer the complaint for commission of offence under Section 187 IPC. Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.                                    Sd/-
