ORDER

           Complainant is present. Record is fixed for admission point.

       Heard on the admission point. This complaint is filed by Smt. Uma Devi against Poineer Green City Builder Pvt. Ltd. through director.

       It is submitted that the complainant has paid Rs. 51,500/- for booking of flat under khata No. 221 and in total Rs. 2,88,500/- was paid till 03.05.2012. Thereafter, a legal notice dt. 05.10.2015 was issued but there was no reply and further a letter dt. 31.08.2018 and 18.09.2018 was issued to the O.P. and again a legal notice was issued on 08.01.2019 and reminder legal notice was issued on 06.03.2019.

          It appears that cause of action in this case arose on 05.10.2015 when the first legal notice issued with a prayer to the O.P. to pay the principal amount with in interest and this case is filed beyond 2 years of the limitation period at this Forum, therefore, this case is not maintainable as being time barred, hence it is dismissed as being not admitted.
