ORDER

           Complainant is present. Record is fixed for admission point.

             This case has been filed by Ram Naresh Prasad against the O.P. M/s Pioneer Green City Builder Pvt. Ltd. through Director.

           It is claimed that the complainant paid Rs. 91500/- for booking amount of her flat under Khata No. 221 at Pupunki Kherabeda and paid in total Rs. 2,88,500/- till 03.05.2012.

      A legal notice was sent on 05.10.2015 to the O.P. and  a letter on 31.08.2018 and 18.09.2018 and lastly a legal notice issued on 05.02.2019 and reminder legal notice issued on 05.03.2019, therefore, the cause of action raised on 05.10.2015 when the first legal notice was issued to the O.P. and the case is  filed beyond 2 years of period and accordingly it is time barred .

       Therefore, this case is not maintainable as being time barred, hence it is dismissed.
