We have carefully gone through the review petition No. 49/2010 for reviewing our order dated 13.01.2010 in RP No. 4406/2009. Ground taken in the review application is that when the matter came before the Commission on 11.12.2009, though it is shown to have been adjourned to 13.01.2010, in fact the counsel for petitioner has noted the next date of hearing in the matter as 29.01.2010. The review petition was dismissed by us both for non-prosecution and also being bereft of merit. There is no error apparent on the face of the record. Hence, review application is dismissed with no order as to cost.
