Prince  versus Om Mobile & Ors.

 

Present:                        Sh.B.S.Kamoda, Advocate for complainant.

                        Sh. Shekhar Kapoor, Advocate for Op No.4 &5.

                        Ops No.1 to 3 ex-parte.

 

                        Parties have settled their dispute amicably. In view of the same Ops No.4 &5 are ready to refund the 70 % of the billing amount to the complainant within 45 days. Complainant is satisfied  with the same. Statements of Ld. Counsel for the complainant and ld. Counsel for OP No.4 &5 recorded in this context. In view of the same, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance .
