Both Learned Counsels present.  Both parties are also present.  They jointly submitted a Memo reporting settlement of the dispute in C.C. No.53/2020.  The Commission examined the contents of Joint Memo and interacted parties thereby satisfied to record Joint memo.  Accordingly, ordered to dispose-off this Appeal as settled between the parties.

The Learned Counsels and parties to this Appeal submitted that, Rs.33,15,000/- is deposited with Commission, out of which Rs.25,00,000/- has to be paid to the Respondent/OM Marketing is hereby recorded.  Accordingly directed the Office to issue account payee cheque in the name of Respondent for Rs.25,00,000/- with proper identification by his advocate and ordered to return the remaining amount by issuing account payee cheque in favour of Appellant with proper identification of their advocate. 

In view of the settlement as stated above, the Appeal stands disposed-off.
