Counsel for OP No. 2 made a statement that the OP No. 2 is ready to pay Rs.32900/- within two months after receipt of copy of order, cancelled cheque and copy of adhar card of the complainat and will lift the fridge in safe position through their representative against receipt from the residence of complainant. Complainant has also suffered a statement that due to compromise with the OP, she does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same and OP No. 2 will pay Rs.32900/- within two months after the receipt of copy of order, in case OP No 2 fails to make the payment within stipulated period. The complainant shall have the right to recover amount alongwith interest @6% p.a. from the date of order till the final realisation. In view of the statement of complainant, present complaint is here dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
