Present complainant in person and submitted that a settlement arrived between the parties and filed a settlement letter for withdrawal of the case on the ground that he has received new LED TV of Onida instead of defective LED of Rs.14,500/- on 20.11.2019 with 6 months warrantee from OP-2 i.e. MICR Electronics Ltd. The complainant stated that no other grievance is left and he is fully satisfied.

In view of the above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled.

File be consigned to record room.
