ORDER

State Commission has dismissed the petition for non-prosecution. On four previous dates also the petitioner had not appeared. The State Commission was justified in dismissing the revision petition for non prosecution as the petitioner failed to appear on five consecutive adjourned dates of hearing. No ground for interference is made out.

          Dismissed.
