The complainant and O.Ps appear before the forum. Advocate for the O.Ps filed a cheque in supporting the claim of the Complainant.
The complaint has filed a petition stating therein that he has received the Vide Cheque bearing No.033065 dt.02.06.2015 payable at HDFC Bank for an amount of Rs.4,000/- towards his claim amount against the handset and satisfied with the amount and does not want to proceed further with this case. He also filed photo copy of the ID and one pass photo for his identification
We perused the petition and also heard the complainant. As the complainant has received his claim amount and does not want to proceed further with this, the complaint is hereby closed and disposed of accordingly.
Send the copy of order to both the parties free of cost.
