This case is fixed for today for exploring the possibility of  compromise between the parties on the request of learned counsel for parties in the “Maha Upbhokta Lok Adalat.  Complainant has given a separate statement that he has received payment of his Scooty after filing of present complaint and he is ready to return the Scooty of the company as he has received payment after filing of present complaint and after filing of online complaint to the op. Keeping in view the statement of complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. OP is at liberty to receive their consignment of the Scooty from the complainant as and when they desire. File be consigned to the record room.
