ORDER:

                    The Decree Holder has made statement that he received a cheque  No.003506  dated 22.4.2016 amounting to Rs.2200/- from the Judgment Debtor and Judgment Debtor has also replaced the battery in question in compliance of the order under execution as full and final satisfaction. Hence, he wants to withdraw the execution petition. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.                In view of that the present application is dismissed  as withdrawn as fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
