          The appellant of this appeal (the complainant in the complaint) has directed this appeal against respondents of this appeal (the opposite parties in the complaint), challenging order dated 21.02.2012 District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Patiala Amritsar, dismissing the complaint of the complainant. The instant appeal has been preferred by the complainant now appellant in this case against the same.

2.      This appeal was filed with a delay of 43 days, which was condoned, vide order dated 10.01.2013 and case was fixed for arguments on 15.05.2013.

3.      From 15.05.2013 counsel for the appellant did not appear for arguments on the following dates: i.e. 15.05.2013, 07.10.2013, 01.04.2014, 12.08.2014, 22.01.2015, 05.05.2015, 17.07.2015 and 21.09.2015. On account of absence of the appellant, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. As such, present appeal is dismissed in default.

4.      Copies of the order be communicated to the parties as per rules.
