                        Case taken up at 2.00 P.M.  The case is fixed for evidence of complainant. From perusal of the file, it reveals that several opportunities have been afforded to the complainant to lead evidence but he failed to conclude the same despite last opportunity. Today neither complainant nor any representative of the complainant appeared despite various calls wherefrom  it appears that complainant is not interested to pursue the complaint.  Hence, the present complaint stands dismissed in default.  Copies of this order be sent to parties concerned free of costs, as per rules.  File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
