Both parties state that matter has been amicably settled for an amount of Rs. 1,74,000/- as full and final settlement subject to completion of formalities by the complainant as instructed by the OP. OP undertakes to make the payment within four weeks after the completion of formalities. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
