Present:       None for the DH.

                   Case called several times since morning but none appeared on behalf of the DH.  It is now 2.30 p.m.  From the perusal of the order sheet it is transpired that nobody is appearing on behalf of the DH since 06.05.2015.  Since then this case is being adjourned again and again in the absence of the DH.

                   Copy of order dated 13.03.2015 passed by Hon’ble State Commission, Haryana in FA No. 545 of 2014 titled as Oriental Insurance Company etc. Vs. Smt. Raj Bala has been brought to our notice, vide which the appeal of the applicant was accepted and the complaint of the complainant was dismissed.  It is very strange that this exeuction is going on despite dismissal of the complaint vide order dated 13.03.2015 as mentioned above.  The Insurance Company/JD, till today did not brought this fact into the notice of this District Forum for the dismissal of the execution.  It seems the officials of the insurance company are very careless to watch the interest of the company.

                   As the complaint has already been dismissed, as mentioned above, this execution stands dismissed being infractuous. File be consigned to the record room.
